Athletic Training
MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the athletic training staff at Mary Baldwin College is to provide the best quality of medical care for its student-athletes with the ultimate goal being the safest and fastest return to play as possible. This goal has been and will continue to be achieved through the proper prevention, education, care, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries by a dedicated and knowledgeable sports medicine team, including the area physicians, head athletic trainer, and coaches.
ARE YOU READY TO PLAY?
All Incoming and Returning Athletes must have an athletic physical and submit the Athletic Medical Eligibility Forms and Pre-participation Physical Exam to the athletic trainer. This is in addition to the student health form that must be turned in to the health center. Both should be completed at the same time. If you have any questions, please contact the athletic trainer, Charles Angersbach, at cangersb@mbc.edu.
All of the forms can be found here.
When you have finished filling out the Athletic Medical Eligibility Forms and Physical Exam, mail them to:
